When submitting your email, the title must read the year you are applying followed by “CK Services Community Donation Grant” and your first and last name. Below is an example of how the email line would be submitted for my (Kyle Holcomb) application for a grant in 2025.
By applying for any grant opportunity, you provide CK Services permission to use your name, image, and other information relevant to the grant for marketing purposes. Awarded candidates must provide an image to use for media posts.
