You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized primary user of the email address and
mobile phone number provided to CK Services. In the event that you change, transfer, or deactivate your
mobile phone number or email address, you agree to immediately notify CK Services to update our records and
prevent communications from being sent to an unauthorized party.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
CK Services provides its communication channels and services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do
not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free transmission of email or SMS messages, as delivery relies on
third-party mobile carriers and internet service networks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CK
Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from
delayed, failed, or undelivered communications.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any actions, disputes, or claims arising out of or relating to our communications
shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or
federal courts located in West Virginia.
