January Customer Highlight 2024

Our first customer highlight for January 2024 comes from a company that has been with us since our inception. Unfortunately, we are unable to use their company name due to copyright reasons. This company plays a major role in the transportation of natural gases from West Virginia to the rest of the United States.

CK Services LLC appreciates the long term relationship we have had with this company and looks forward to continuing our services with them. We were able to complete a large concrete paving and asphalt sealcoating project for them in December of 2023 that was received in January of 2024.

February 2024 customer highlight goes to the Meadowbrook Mall. The Meadowbrook Mall is a shopping center located in Bridgeport, WV. The mall has been under renovation for a few years and provides some of the top clothing, item, and food stores within the region. 

We have had the privilege of providing this customer with our mall sealcoating, line striping, asphalt repair, and crack repair services. Additionally, we perform snow plowing, snow removal, and bulk salt services for them in the winter to keep the lots clear and safe. We have recently added concrete services for the Meadowbrook Mall where we pour concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, ADA ramps and handicap access areas, in addition to various other concrete flatwork and concrete pad services.

March 2024 customer highlight goes to CJ Hughes. CJ Hughes is a leader in the industry for underground pipeline, utility, and facility construction. They have been in service and safety oriented for the past 70 years and are located in Huntington, WV.

CJ Hughes tasked CK Services with providing the City of Morgantown roads with appropriate thermoplastics, reflective media striping, and other enhanced roadway markings. These reflective traffic markings provide illuminated areas for safe travel during the day and night.

The April 2024 customer highlight goes to Mountain State Auto Auction. Mountain State Auto Auction started in 1987 and has been auctioning off vehicles every Monday since. They provide affordable fees paired with an enthusiastic staff to move customer vehicles quickly through their auction lanes.

Mountain State Auto Auction asked us to seal and stripe their parking lots and auction lanes to make them showroom ready for the start of the spring auction season. We were able to complete these lots and various other tasks for their property to keep them looking at their best.

Our May 2024 customer highlight goes to RG Almost Heaven Harley Davidson in Bridgeport, WV. RG Harley is a premier motorcycle dealership that provides high-quality motorcycles at affordable prices. The company is owned by the Gricewich family and is driven by a passion inspired my many generations of riding motorcycles.

We have been able to provide and be involved with several services for RG Harley over the last decade, including new asphalt installation, line striping, wheel stop installation, and sealcoating. We appreciate the opportunity for keeping their parking lots looking sharp so they can take pictures with all their customers who purchase new motorcycles!

The June 2024 customer highlight goes to Chenoweth Ford in Clarksburg, WV. Chenoweth Ford is an exceptional Ford dealership that provides quality products and great customer experience. 

Chenoweth Ford allowed us to complete a large section of concrete paving for their parking lot and install trench drains to fix water problems. Additionally, we added a new concrete pad to replace where a garbage truck destroyed the asphalt lot.

July 2024 customer highlight goes to Coastal Ridge from Ohio. Coastal ridge is an investment, management, and development company for real estate. They own, invest, and manage various properties across the United States.

Coastal Ridge tasked us with a large pavement maintenance project, including asphalt repair, sealcoating, and striping of their West Run Apartment property. We were able to successfully complete this project during the summer months when the students were out on break. We look forward to several more projects with this company moving forward.

CK Services awards the August 2024 customer highlight to our long-term friends at Goldcrest Properties. Goldcrest Properties manages various residential and commercial properties in Morgantown, WV. They are a full service management company with an excellent reputation.

Goldcrest allows us to complete the pavement maintenance for their properties during the summer months. This year's maintenance schedule included the sealcoating of the lots, including crack repair and line striping. CK Services awards the September 2024 customer highlight to the City of Pleasant Valley. We were fortunate enough to provide the city with some new concrete sidewalks, asphalt repair for the trail systems, and asphalt sealing and striping for their parking lots.

CK Services awards the October 2024 customer highlight to the Morgantown Board of Parks and Recreation (BOPARC). We were able to assist with a major rehabilitation project for sports courts at a couple different parks in Morgantown. We were able to install new pickleball and tennis court nets and basketball hoops at these courts and apply new acrylic surfaces and sport court lines.

CK Services awards the November 2024 customer highlight to the City of Bridgeport. We were able install a new construction pickleball court set at Deegan and Hinkle Lake. We installed and finished approximately 18,000 sq ft of concrete and applied a red acrylic sports surface and court lines.

The City of Bridgeport is an area under high development and provides a variety of opportunities and forms of entertainment for its visitors.
